Instructions
Boil 1 cup of water. Remove from heat and steep chamomile tea bags along with grated ginger and agave for 20 minutes. Squeeze out tea bags of excess water. Set brewed tea in the fridge until cooled, about 10 minutes.
To make the ginger sugar, mix the sugar and ginger in a shallow dish.
Wipe the rim of the cocktail glass with lemon wedge, then dip into the ginger sugar and turn until nicely coated. Set 4-5 ice cubes in the glass.
In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle strawberries and mint leaves. Measure in1/2 cup brewed tea, lemon juice, and tequila. Add ice and shake. Strain into the glass. Top with chamomile flowers, strawberry slices, and mint leaves, as desired.
