vanilla apricot paloma____________________Slightly sweet, slightly sour (like me), tinged with vanilla extract and bulked up with plenty of tequila for a modern rendezvouz on a classic citrusy paloma cocktail.
If desired, rub rim of a glass with a grapefruit wedge, then swirl in sugar. Fill glass with ice.
In a cocktail shaker, combine apricot preserves, cider vinegar, vanilla, grapefruit juice, and tequila. Add ice and shake until cold. Strain into prepared glass and top with a grapefruit wedge and decorative flowers!
