Ingredients
- 2 tbsp peach jam
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 4-5 mint leaves
- 1-2 tsp honey (optional)
- 1 oz vodka
- 4 oz sparkling rosé wine
- peach slices and mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Fill glass with ice.
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle peach jam, lemon juice, and mint leaves. Add honey (if using) and vodka. Add ice and shake until frosty cold. Strain into prepared glass and top with sparkling rosé. Garnish with peach slice and mint leaves.
