Three components, one bowl, a pair of hands to toss it together. Ways to further customize: dried cherries or strawberries, big coconut flakes, pretzels, macadamia nuts (highly recommend), or dried apricots.

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup dried blueberries
  • 1 cup salted cashews
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Mix everything in a small bowl. Enjoy immediately, or portion into bags for later snacking.
