eggnog espresso martini
We've been drinking too much eggnog...
Ingredients
- 2 oz espresso
- 1 1/2 oz vodka (vanilla or regular)
- 1 oz Kahlua (coffee liqueur)
- 3 oz eggnog, chilled
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine the espresso, vodka, Kahlua, eggnog, and vanilla extract. Fill with ice and shake until cold. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a star anise pod, as desired.
