Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease two wire cooling racks and set over two large baking sheets.
In a very large bowl, whisk together the butter, Worcestershire, maple syrup, dijon, parsley, oregano, garlic, parmesan, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth. Carefully fold the crackers into the seasoning blend for 2-3 minutes until thoroughly combined. Spread into an even layer onto the prepared racks.
Bake the crackers for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and very fragrant. Let cool 20 minutes on the racks. Serve with your favorite dips, cheeses, and spreads.
