grapefruit rosé sour

A pretty and proper Easter drink, like a bouquet in a coupe glass.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz rosé wine
  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
  • 1 oz grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz honey (use to taste)
  • 1/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1 egg white

Instructions
 

  • In a shaker, combine the wine, tequila, grapefruit juice, honey, lemon juice, and egg white. Shake for 45 seconds with no ice. Add ice and shake 20-30 seconds longer.
  • Pour into a coupe glass. Garnish with flowers or grapefruit slices, as desired.
