peach margarita
Light and fresh, flavored with fresh peach puree and a little help from my friend, liqueur.

- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 large peach, sliced
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1-2 tbsp agave syrup, or to taste
- 1 1/2 oz tequila
- 1 oz peche de vigne (peach liqueur)
- ginger beer, for topping
Peel the peach, if desired. Place in a food processor and puree until smooth. You will not need all of the puree unless you're making multiple margaritas. One peach will yield about 1/2 cup puree.
Run a lime wedge around the rim of a cocktail glass. Toss together the salt and chili powder, then swirl the rim in the salt. Shake off excess.
Measure the lime juice, agave, tequila, and peche de vigne into a shaker. Stir gently or shake. Fill the prepared glass with ice and top with a splash of ginger beer, as desired.
