peach melba rosé spritz
Pretty, light, and perfect for using those juicy end of summer peaches.

- 1 tbsp peach preserved
- 5-6 fresh raspberries
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz vodka
- 4 oz sparkling rosé wine
- peach slices, extra raspberries, and thyme, for serving
In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, muddle the raspberries, peach jam, and lemon juice. Measure in the vodka. Add ice and shake until cold. Strain over ice and top with the wine. Arrange peach slices, raspberries, and thyme sprigs as desired.
