1/2cupmint leaves, lightly packed, plus more for garnish
1/2cuplime juice
3cupspineapple juice
1cupwhite rum
3-4tbspagave syrup
pineapple wedges or chunks, for serving
Instructions
Mash the mint leaves in a cocktail shaker or bowl. Add to a pitcher along with the lime juice, agave, pineapple juice, and rum. Stir to combine. Divide into glasses and garnish with mint leaves and pineapple wedges, as desired.
